Townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, garage, complex pool and sleeps up to eight people.  It is conveniently located next to Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Mustang Island and J.P. Luby Surf Park.  Tour the shopping and bay beach areas of Corpus Christi or enjoy Port Aransas shopping, restaurants and beaches located within a 15 minute drive.  Take a drive or walk on the Padre Island National Seashore.  Days must be booked during non-peak/non-holiday season.
